The hotel is clean and provides free WiFi. The room was spotless with functioning aircon and hot shower. The staff were helpful and resolved WiFi connectivity issues. The location is walking distance from hotspots and the staff is friendly and accommodating. a great option if visiting Pontianak.
Couldn't fault the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for a budget stay. Located near a shopping mall and market, it's perfect for those who love to shop. the rooms are adequate and better than competitors at the same price. the staff are accommodating and friendly. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel.
There is no simple tour package for visitors to choose from.

The rooms were affordable and clean, and the staff was responsive to our needs. the location was superb, right in the heart of the business district and within walking distance of many restaurants. the Wi-Fi was easy to connect to and was fast enough for our needs.
The breakfast and found that the selection was limited and the food wasn't very fresh. We also found the walls to be very thin and could hear other guests walking and talking in the hallways.

Great Value, Perfect Location, and Amazing Service
For the price, this hotel was an amazing value. The rooms were clean and well-kept, with the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything I wanted to see and do. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating - I felt welcomed from the minute I arrived until the moment I checked out. Plus, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and offered a variety of dishes to try.
The only downside to my stay was that my room didn't have any windows. It made me feel a bit claustrophobic and definitely took away from the overall experience.
